Terms and Conditions

Delivery, Packaging & Handling Costs to each address in Mainland Great Britain and Isle of Man

For orders to outside of Mainland Great Britain and Isle of Man - please contact us for the delivery cost.

Delivery Timescales

All orders totalling £20 and over (before Delivery and VAT) will be despatched by courier - and will require a signature upon delivery.

Please allow eight business days for delivery (from the time we receive the order). If you require a quicker delivery, please contact us so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

Payment

Payment on-line is accepted from the following credit and charge cards:

Visa  •  Mastercard  •  Maestro  •  Visa Debit
American Express  •  Solo  •  JCB

Alternatively, the Order Form can be printed at the end of the Checkout process - and sent by post with a cheque; or sent by fax or post if paying by credit/charge card or Company Purchase Order (if credit facilities have been agreed).

A VAT invoice will be despatched with the order, unless it has to be sent to a different address.

Volume Discount

A discount will apply for orders totalling £500 and over. When applicable, the discount will not be shown in the Shopping Basket costs; but will be calculated and applied to the relative Invoice and Payment Amount. The rates are:

VAT Charges

All prices are in UK Sterling, excluding VAT, which will be added at the current rate to all orders received from EU residents. If orders are sent from within the European Union, but outside the UK, by organisations which are VAT registered, VAT will not be applied - if the organisation's VAT number is supplied.

Products Out of Stock

We will notify you if a product is not in stock and when it will be available; and you will then have the opportunity to either cancel your order or wait until it is available.

Returns

We want you to be pleased with all of the products you buy from us. If therefore, you are not completely satisfied with the products, please return them to us within fourteen days from receipt, in unused condition, and we will refund your payment or replace the products, according to your wishes. All carriage charges for returns are at the buyer's cost, unless the wrong products were sent.

Guarantees

All Leather and Vinyl Binders are guaranteed against manufacturing faults. This guarantee does not affect the buyer's statutory rights.

Our Privacy Policy

We are registered under the Data Protection Act and we are pleased to confirm that all information will be kept confidential - and will not be given to a third party. Any information will only be used within our Company to process orders and to send you details of our products.

Security of the Site

All on-line credit card payments are processed through a secure server and every transaction you place with us will be 100% guaranteed.

It is permitted to electronically copy and print parts of this Web Site, but only for the purpose of placing an order with Personal Productivity Systems in respect of purchasing our services or goods. Other than this, no part of the Web Site information and materials may be reproduced, modified, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying or otherwise - without the prior permission in writing from the copyright owner.

By purchasing products from this Web Site, it is assumed that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions, which is governed by English Law.
